Mission & Vision (New Lowell Minor Baseball)

Welcome Message

• Welcome to the New Lowell Minor Baseball (NLMB) website. NLMB is a volunteer, non-profit and community operated organization within the township of Clearview. The Association is beginning to prepare and plan for the 2025 season. We register House League teams into the South Simcoe Minor Baseball Association, Rep and Dedicated Select Teams into York Simcoe Baseball Association so that the teams are able to play in a league. NLMBA goals is to ensure all players, both boys and girls have fun, develop their skills, treat everyone with respect, learn and follow the rules. These are a few of the goals that the Association strives to ascertain for all participants. We are hoping to submit a team at every level.
  
  
  ~ Mission Statement ~
  
  The mission of the New Lowell Minor Baseball Association (NLMBA) shall be to:
  
  • Foster and improve baseball within the Association’s boundaries;
  • To protect and promote the mutual interests of the members;
  • To improve and promote umpire development throughout SSMBA; and
  • NLMBA is intended for all players with varying level of skills and therefore is a “House League”. Teams that are entered in the SSMBA league play will not be a team formed through try-outs, or a select process deriving at one team from several teams within a centre.
  
  NLMBA teams entered into YSBA league play for players that are able to play in "Select or Rep League". Teams that are entered in the YSBA league play will be formed through try-outs, or a select process deriving at one team from a particular age group.
