NLMBA House League 2026 Volunteer Application (New Lowell Minor Baseball)

Please submit the following application to be considered for a Coaching or Assistant Coach position with New Lowell Minor Baseball's House League Program for 2026. The Selection Committee reserves the right to refuse any application. Successful coaches are to submit a current police check and/or offence declaration, in accordance with OBA's insurance requirements and Volunteer Screening Policy.
