NLMBA Umpiring Interest - 2026
Interested in Umpiring within New Lowell Minor Baseball Association (NLMBA) during the 2026 season. If so, please complete this form so that NLMBA can communicate by disseminating information out to potential umpires. This does not waive any of the mandatory requirements. Umpires still must meet Baseball Ontario prerequisites and requirements for 2026. Level 3's in 2026 are scheduled to attend an in-person camp.

Umpire Information

Must be 12 years old during the 2026 calendar year to be able to umpire. If under 18 years of age at the time of completion of this form, please provide Parents / Guardians phone number and email.

Parent / Guardian's Information

If the umpire is 18 years of age or older, then this section is not required to be completed. If the umpire is under 18 years of age then this section must be completed.
