18U SSMBA 2024 Champions
New Lowell Minor Baseball 18U Team won the SSMBA Championship in Midland on 25 August 2024.
The team faced many great teams along the way. The first opponent was Stayner with New Lowell winning 7-3. Then the boys in blue took on an Ivy Team that finished first place in the regular season by winning a narrow margin of 3-2. New Lowell then played Barrie #1, winning 11-3. Ryan was the New Lowell MVP of the game with a key bunt and timely base running. New Lowell then played TNT and won 16-4. Nathan pitched a complete game, getting credit for the win and MVP for the game.
New Lowell then faced Barrie #1 in the championship game and won 20-7 to be the 2024 18U Champions. Eric threw 105 pitches for the win and was the New Lowell player of the game.
